2026 Federal Tax Brackets and Standard Deduction

The IRS adjusts tax brackets for inflation every year. For tax year 2026 (returns filed in early 2027), the standard deduction rises to $16,100.00 for single filers and $32,200.00 for married couples filing jointly. Seven bracket rates remain: 10%, 12%, 22%, 24%, 32%, 35%, and 37%.

FICA in 2026
